CHRIS is a Biomechanics and Exercise Specialist with a career spanning multiple disciplines
in the exercise and educational sector. Since 1996 Chris has profoundly impacted individuals, corporations, and elite sports organizations through his methodologies and educational approach. ​

As an authority on performance strategies, Chris has delivered extensive continuing education
on biomechanics, cadaver anatomy, and muscular assessment to trainers and healthcare practitioners. His unique contributions in professional sports include providing hands-on techniques to top athletes across the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, UFC, PGA, and Olympic sports.

Now based in Fairfield County, CT, Chris offers specialized exercise consulting and physical optimization strategies. His approach emphasizes appropriate forces, progressive challenges,
and bridging the gaps between active and passive range of motion.

Chris resides in Fairfield, CT, with his wife, children, and his Bulldogs. Beyond his passion for exercise and training, he is an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and Professor.
